Howdy, South Gators! Can you believe it is June already?!? We here at The Oasis (aka The South Gate Community Center) are gearing up for summer and planning lots of fun for you to enjoy! From dive-in movies - yes, you read that right, DIVE in, as in, watch from the pool in the summer heat! - to Food-Truck Fridays, to a special performance from Florida Studio Theatre right on our property, there will be so much to take part in for those of you that stay in the ‘hood over the summer months! Memberships are continuing to roll in due to the hard work of our membership outreach team & South Gate board members - the neighborhood signs, door-knocking, etc. are all them! - but we are still revving up to our goal of 600 active members and we need YOU. Memberships renew on an annual basis, so if you aren’t sure if you’re a member and you don’t recall enrolling in the recent past, you probably are not yet active for 2021.
