Hello South Gators, Happy summer to you! We are gearing up for the annual 4th of July Party - always a blast! - and hope to see you there! There are lots of new faces in our neighborhood and one of the best ways to meet people and keep that friendly community feel we all know and love is to get involved! Bring a friend and come to an event, and if you have a new neighbor, encourage them to sign up for the neighborhood news so they can get in the swing of things too. There truly has never been a better time to live in South Gate. Here are my top 3 reasons to love being a South Gator at the moment: Location This has always been a big draw but as Sarasota moves further & further east, it feels even more like we are in the convenient center of everything! Curb Appeal So many of our neighbors have taken the time & care to update their looks from the street over the past few years. From glorious gardens to full-on updated elevations, our ‘hood sure is beauteous and really showing pride of ownership! South Gate Local This cute spot on Siesta Drive recently underwent a facelift and it is newly swanky and, of course, still walkable from many of our homes. Plus it is owned by South Gate neighbors! Cool vibe and great wine offerings - definitely worth scoping if you haven’t already.
