Q: Can you accommodate our type of event and number of guests?
A: Our versatile facility can handle most events. The Fire Marshall sets our capacity at 135 when using tables and chairs. Please contact us for more information.
Q: What are the event fees? A: We have three tiers of event fee rates: hourly (up to 3 hours), one-half day (5 1/2 hours) and full day (9 hours). Please contact our business office for a rate sheet.
Q: How do you reserve the event date? A: By entering into an agreement and paying the required deposit and event fees. No dates will be saved without a signed agreement and payment.
Q: What is the payment schedule?
A: The cleaning deposit and one-half of the total event fee is due upon the agreement signing. The balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Or you may pay-in-full at signing.
Q: May we come in early to prepare for our event?
A: Early entry is negotiated in the agreement due to availability. There may be additional charges.
Q: What is included in the event fees?
A: The event fee is generally for the use of the facility for a specific date and time. Your agreement will cover the leased areas (it generally covers the use of the main room and our kitchen facility). We provide a limited number of tables and chairs as a part of the event fee. Q: Is there adequate parking?
A: There is private parking for approximately 100-125 automobiles.
Q: Are there restrictions or rules we need to know about?
A: Yes. Most are common sense rules, but we will discuss them all during your personal interview, and they will be included in the agreement. If you have specific concerns, please call us at 941-955-4597 or send an email using the "Contact Us" tab.
Q: When is the office open for us to come in to see the venue and to sign the contract? A: You will need to schedule an appointment.
